This website is owned and operated by BLAHST Australia. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors various ink-free printing products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Pocket Print. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pocket Print harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pocket Print, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BLAHST assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Promotional emails and content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time. 

Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Victoria, Australia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Brisbane Courts. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Supercars Hot Lap Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is BLASHT Pty Ltd, operating in Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
This competition is open to Sydney customers only.
Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date advertised and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the advertised closing date.

The promoter reserves the right to extend the competition period at its sole discretion. Any extension will be communicated via the promoter’s official channels. All eligible entries received during any extended period will be included in the prize draw.

Entries received outside the competition period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
• Spend $100 or more in a single transaction in store or online during the competition period
• Complete the official entry form with the required details

Each qualifying order equals one entry. Multiple qualifying purchases will result in multiple entries.

No entry will be provided without a qualifying purchase.

The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, system errors or connectivity issues.

5. Prize

The prize consists of:
• One hot lap experience for two people
• Ride-along with a Supercars driver from the Liqui Moly BLASHT Racing lineup
• Location: Sydney Motorsport Park
• Date: Monday 23 February
• Session: Group A, 10:15am to 11:15am

The driver will be allocated on the day and cannot be selected by the winner.

The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

6. What Is Not Included

The prize does not include:
• Transport to or from Sydney Motorsport Park
• Accommodation, food or any additional expenses

The winner and their guest are responsible for purchasing their own event entry tickets and arranging their own transport to and from the venue.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within five business days of the competition closing.

The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, is unable to attend, fails to meet participation requirements or otherwise forfeits the prize, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and the promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Medical, Safety and Participation Requirements

Participation in the hot lap experience is subject to the winner and their guest meeting all medical, health, fitness and safety requirements as determined by the Supercars organisation and Sydney Motorsport Park.

Winners and their guest may be required to sign waivers, indemnities or releases as required by the Supercars organisation, Sydney Motorsport Park or associated partners prior to participation.

Any participant who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive, may be excluded from the experience at the discretion of event officials. No compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

Valid photo identification may be required on the day. All participants must meet minimum age and eligibility requirements set by the event organisers.

The promoter is not responsible if the prize cannot be fulfilled due to a participant failing to meet these requirements.

9. Liability

Motorsport activities involve inherent risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or death suffered by the winner or their guest in connection with the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner and their guest release the promoter and its related entities from any claims arising from participation in the competition or prize experience, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Weather, Event Changes and Force Majeure

The prize experience is subject to weather conditions, event scheduling and operational requirements.

The promoter is not responsible for delays, changes or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, operational issues, event cancellation or acts of God.

If the prize or any part of the prize cannot be delivered as advertised due to such circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an experience of equal or greater value or cancel the prize with no further obligation, subject to applicable law.

11. Disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false or misleading information or engages in conduct that compromises the fairness, integrity or proper operation of the competition.

12. Marketing and Content

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity, including photography or video, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for administering the competition unless otherwise stated. Information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

14. General

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
