Changed your mind? 

You may return unused/unopened items within 30 days for a refund (less shipping).

Email ph.support@blahst.com.au with your order number. We’ll provide the return instructions.

A ₱500 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This covers processing, and payment gateway costs.

Warranty

BLAHST products come with a full local warranty backed by our Philippine service team.

Warranty Coverage:

• 3 Years – BLAHST Pro Swivel Gun Kit
• 2 Years – R18 Pressure Washer, K21 Vacuum, Pro Pressure Washer, Air Maxx Blower
• 12 Months – All accessories
• 12 Months – Commercial use (all products)

If your device fails under normal use, we’ll offer a free repair or replacement (based on stock and spares availability).

To lodge a warranty request, email ph.support@blahst.com.au with your name, order number, and photos or video of the issue.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage from abuse, accident, or unauthorized repairs. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
