Warranty Policy

At BLAHST, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our machines are built for real-world cleaning across Australian homes, garages, vehicles and outdoor areas.

Warranty coverage depends on the product type and how it is used.

The BLAHST R18 and R30 are designed for domestic and light trade use — ideal for cleaning vehicles, 4WDs, boats, caravans, patios, decks, paths, driveways and general outdoor areas.

They’re built around the BLAHST wall-mounted system: always connected, always ready, with no dragging machines out, untangling hoses or packing gear away after every clean.

Warranty coverage:

Light trade use means occasional business use by a tradesperson, workshop or small business where the machine is not used as a daily commercial pressure-washing tool.

The R18 and R30 are not designed for daily commercial pressure washing, mobile detailing, fleet washing, commercial car wash bays, roof restoration, concrete preparation, rendering, hire/rental use or continuous industrial work.

Use outside the intended domestic or light trade category may not be covered under the BLAHST manufacturer’s warranty.

The BLAHST K21 Vacuum and Air Maxx Dryer are designed for home, garage, workshop and trade environments.

Warranty coverage:

Trade warranty applies to normal workshop, detailing, trade or small business use.

It does not cover hire/rental use, continuous industrial operation, misuse, blocked filters, blocked airways, incorrect accessories, unauthorised modifications, unsuitable materials or use outside the product instructions.

BLAHST accessories and spare parts come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes faults in materials or workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect fitment, damage during use, consumable wear items or use outside the product instructions.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship from the date of original purchase.

If your product is found to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, BLAHST may repair, replace or refund the product, depending on the issue and the product involved.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect or accidental damage
• Incorrect installation or setup
• Use outside the intended product category
• Commercial use outside the approved warranty category
• Use with incompatible accessories, fittings, nozzles or chemicals
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Blocked filters, blocked nozzles, blocked hoses or blocked airways
• Damage caused by poor water supply, dry running, contaminated water or freezing
• Hire/rental use
• Second-hand products without valid proof of original purchase

Before submitting your request, we recommend checking our Product Support & Troubleshooting Guides, as many common issues can be resolved quickly without needing to lodge a claim.

In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, BLAHST will cover the reasonable cost of repair, replacement or return freight where applicable.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will let you know before any paid repair or replacement is arranged.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits provided by the BLAHST manufacturer’s warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
