Is BLAHST Australian Owned?
Yes – BLAHST is proudly Australian owned.
To better support our growing customer base in Southeast Asia, we’ve also established a regional headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
So while our roots and ownership remain Australian, we’ve got boots on the ground in the Philippines to provide faster service and local support.
Can BLAHST products be mounted outside to an exterior wall?
The R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer can be mounted on an external wall and is very easy to remove - you can simply lift it out of the wall mount. We recommend the waterproof Canvas cover for outdoor installations.
All other Wall mounted equipment such as the Air Maxx, K21 Vacuum etc should only be mounted indoors, in garage / workshop environments.
Are BLAHST products safe to use on my car paint / ceramic coating?
BLAHST R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer
Yes, most car manufacturers and ceramic coating companies recommend using no more than 2000 PSI when cleaning your vehicle. Our R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer is safe to use at 1950 MAX PSI - we don't recommend using any quick connect nozzle under 15 degrees on a vehicle.

All of our chemical range is PH neutral and specifically designed to be safe on all vehicle coatings and paint.
Warranty Information
The BLAHST Swivel Pro Gun Kit comes standard with a 3 year warranty.
All BLAHST Power Equipment comes standard with a factory 2 year warranty (1 year warranty for commercial use).
All other accessories and spare parts come with a 12 month warranty.

Does BLAHST offer Local Pickup?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! For now, all orders are delivered straight to your door
How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button so you can follow the live tracking updates!
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on where you live and a few other factors. Keep in mind these time frames exclude order dispatch time from our warehouse (usually within 24 hours).
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email ph.support@blahst.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll sort it out quickly.

What payment options are available
We accept GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Paypal and Visa/Mastercard for most items. Secure and flexible payments every time.
My payment method isn't processing?
Firstly, which browser are you on? Our website is optimised for Google Chrome & Safari browsers. Have you tried switching to a different device or a new browser? If there is an error message regarding your payment method being declined, this is most likely a problem relating to that bank/ company.
My debit/ credit card isn't processing?
If you are having trouble finalising your order with your credit/ debit card at first make sure you have sufficient funds in your account. Once you have confirmed the funds are available please double-check the following:
All details on your card match the checkout screen (including your 3-digit number on the back of the card).
- You’re using the correct billing address - Try typing your billing address in separately instead of using the 'same as billing address' check box.
- You have not exceeded your daily limit
